Atelierweber.com and all its contents belong to Caroline Weber and may not be copied without permission. Reading and using atelierweber.com means you accept them. All artworks are originals, signed on the back and come with a certificate of authenticity.
These Terms and Conditions (TC) apply to all visitors of this website. Please read them carefully.
Accordingly, atelierweber.com is not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification of content including availability.
Artwork photos are as accurate as possible in order to faithfully reflect the original. Depending on your viewing screen, textures and colors may vary a bit. Feel free to ask for more pictures.
It can occur that an artwork is sold simultaneously in different platforms. Atelier Weber would contact you immediately and offer you another artwork or a commission work.
Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). PayPal and cards are gladly accepted. Shipping costs within Switzerland are offered. For international shipping, costs will be calculated and apply.
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. About 7 working days for Switzerland and about 14 working days for international shipping. You will be notified by e-mail with a tracking number (if available) when your order has been shipped.
Please note: taxes are only included for Switzerland. Customs of the destination country can apply importation taxes such as import duties and VAT. When purchasing an artwork from atelierweber.com online gallery you agree to pay the necessary import fees and/or VAT that may apply. If you would like to know more about this procedure and wish to avoid surprises, please contact the responsible service in your country.
Any purchase made on atelierweber.com will be considered legal within the general terms of sale. By ordering an artwork on atelierweber.com you agree to be 18 years and older. Caroline Weber shall not be legally responsible for any transaction, financial or otherwise, made by a minor in breach of the above policy.
All orders are packed and shipped only upon receipt of full payment. All orders are shipped to the address provided at the time the order was placed. Orders may be refused or canceled if you do not, within a reasonable time of me asking for it, make any payment when it is due or provide me with information that is necessary to ship the order. Orders may also be canceled if you are (or Atelier Weber reasonably believe you will be) in breach of these TC.
Atelier Weber decline any responsibility for damage or loss of shipment. All artworks shipped will be insured by the dispatching company, according to their value. All artworks will be packed carefully and in such a way that the contents are secure during transport. Please check your order upon receipt.
If the shipment has been physically damaged, please get in contact within 24 hours of reception c.weber@atelierweber.com
No phish, spam, or other unlawful or harmful things is allowed on atelierweber.com. If part of these TC should be void, the rest will continue in force.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. For the processing of your personal data, please check my Privacy Policy. For returns and refunds, please check my Refund Policy. Privacy and Refund Policy are an integral part of these TC. Please read them carefully.
